April/May 2000----The month of April marked another milestone in Alliance history. We installed North Fulton Regional hospital. The installation was completed in less than 5 hours! We removed the existing linen company's products, restocked the linen room, exchange carts and beds. Unique to this installation was our bed pack delivery program. We built bed packs that consisted of one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, one telemetry gown, two washcloths and two bath towels. One pack was provided per bed, therefore allowing us the quick turnaround. The facilitator of change out on North Fulton's side was ecstatic over the process and has offered to talk to anyone interested in more information.

June/July 2000---We added another significant account. Emory Adventist Hospital joined our family in June. We process their customer-owned goods twice a week. The trend of healthcare providers to outsource their linen program continues to increase as Emory has exhibited in this recent change.

September 2000---- Grady Healthcare System tested out our "stain recovery system" on a sample load of bath towels. We reclaimed 58% of the stained towels that would have otherwise been taken out of service. Peter Stephens, GHS's laundry director, stated, "Not only did we save thousands of dollars not buying new towels, but we also improved towel service by having more usable inventory on hand. Stain recovery works!"

January 2001-----Grady Healthcare Systems has given Alliance back-up supplier status. This action has Alliance processing the majority of Grady's new material. The new linen is laundered, packaged and stored for future input. Grady has solved the age old question---Where does all the new go when we send it to the laundry? In Grady's case, in service!

May 2001----Alliance continues to add value to our existing family of accounts. We began delivering and retrieving soil from the departments.

January 2001 - Alliance decided to relocate their 433 Highland plant into a larger facility in order to accommodate future growth.

March 2001 - Launched the bi-lingual associate training system. Our associates learn Spanish or English through a computer.

June 2001 - Alliance added more (chemical) to their exclusive stain treatment system called Renaissance.

January 2002 - We moved into our new home at 1631 Willingham Drive; we have left 20,000 sq. feet for over 53,000. We added a new state-of-the-art tunnel washer and ironing system. We also began a new service offering, which includes the make up and delivery of exchange carts to the healthcare providers floors. This service takes the HCP completely out of the laundry business. Our first customer AMC has experienced significant value.

April 2002 - We added Piedmont Hospital to our growing list of new partners. In the first 4 months, we were able to reduce their linen input rates by over 50, while substantially improving quality and service.

June 2002 - We've added East Alabama Medical to our growing list of partners.

October 2002 - We have added Grady Hospital Stain Treatment and are planning for our second facility, which will service the northern suburbs of Atlanta.
